I can't thank everyone at Firestone enough!! I came in because my jeep was vibrating above 60 mph, and they went through a lot of hoops to get me back on the road again. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Mason. I'll definitely be back once i'm in MI full time.

John and Jason are amazing! The quality of the new tires and repair is excellent. John provided great customer service, walking me through tire options and pricing, while Jason did an amazing job on installation. Absolutely recommend them. All said and done it took about two hours, very thankful they were able to fit me in on a weekend!

My first visit lasted more than 6 hours just to have a wheel alignment done. About a month later, my vehicle, which had never had any vibration issues or pulled to the left before, started doing both. I scheduled another appointment, but it was rescheduled on the same day of the appointment for a week later. During my second visit, I waited another 4 hours for a new alignment. At the end, they told me I needed to replace my tires, even though they were only one year old, had been purchased brand new, and were high quality. I said okay and asked them to prepare a quote so I could come back in two weeks to replace them. Not even one day later, my car started pulling in both directions, and the vibration became even worse than before. In the end, I had to buy four new tires because the inside of the tires had worn out due to what appears to have been an improper alignment. I am not usually the type of person who leaves negative reviews, but this experience was truly frustrating. Not only was the service poor, but the work performed was clearly not done correctly. Ran over a large piece of metal on a Sunday. Everyone else was closed I came in here they was packed. The guy got me right in and changed my tire to the spare. No charge. I will definitely come back thanks again to the Tech Rio

My experience at the Wyoming Firestone was excellent. I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection and they did a thorough job checking through all the key areas including concerns from the carfax report that we brought with us. They walked me through recommended repairs and timelines plus their overall thoughts on the price considering the work that was needed. I would 100% recommend this shop and am grateful for their competent service.
